At Farmer & Sons, Fort, pizza isn’t ordinary. As part of their breakfast menu, launched in September, they introduced The Breakfast Pizza (Rs 650). The pizza had a thick crust and was laden with salty Prosciutto, grilled mushrooms, cheese – double dose of mozzarella and parmesan, spinach and cherry tomatoes. In the centre were two fried eggs, the yolks still runny, so that when we cut into it, it adding any layer of topping. Imagine a gooey mess of melted cheese, runny yolk and salty ham!
The Breakfast Pizza was part of their breakfast menu, which also featured buttermilk fried waffles, homemade muesli, skillet baked omelette and poached egg.
